We (Bryan Mansell and Sarah Edmundson) devote our careers and lives to creating and encouraging excellency, progression and innovation in the industry.
We recognise the challenges faced by Estate Agents as markets shift, technology advances at light speed and consumer beahaviour adapts. Our vast experience, coupled with our completely unrivalled and unique insight means we are incredibly well placed to take Estate Agency businesses and their people on the next stage of the growth journey. We work with a diverse range of businesses from 1 branch independents, 20 branch regionals and national businesses. We have developed and implemented performance cultures, processes and procedures in all elements of Estate Agency, Modern Method of Auction, Financial Services, Property Law and Marketing. As well as our vast agency experience, we personally learn from global business influences in retail, marketing and technology, and use the principles within to ensure our training is always inclusive of our fast paced digital world and ever changing customer needs. We also work with a number of PropTech providers, ensuring our finger is always on the pulse when it comes to technology. All of this results in a very unique and special set of skills and knowledge that we will apply to our work with you.

Sarah Edmundson is an Institute of Leadership & Management and NCFE qualified trainer. Her career started as Sales & Marketing Manager for one of the UK’s largest Holiday Home businesses, a few years later Sarah was recruited into a leading estate agency in the North West of England, working her way up from Negotiator to Valuer she thrived in the Fine & Country business. From the outset Sarah realised her passion for Real Estate very quickly and wanted to use her skill set to help other agents be more successful in helping people buy, sell and let property. This prompted a move to the London Head Office of Fine & Country and The Guild where she provided advice, training and consultancy for over 140 estate agency branches across the North of England & Wales. Since relaunching The Allstars Group, Sarah has developed one of the most unique insights into modern Estate Agency, working with everyone from apprentices, junior team members to experienced business owners, from 1 office independents businesses, 20 office regionals and large multinationals; she also consults with a number of different PropTech businesses in finance, auction and law divisions; her coaching and training style is passionate and results driven. While her specialism is Real Estate, she brings a wealth of knowledge to all sales, marketing and customer success teams, and has worked with many leading businesses and teams to bring greater success and profitability.
Bryan Mansell is a thought leader in UK & Global Real Estate. Starting his career in 1987 as a Negotiator in a small estate agency just outside London, he really earned his stripes during his 5 years in a Senior Management role at Foxtons where he was responsible for the development and roll out of the huge geographic expansion including a centralised HUB. Bryan went on to excel in Senior, Board Level positions at both Countrywide, LSL and The Guild of Property Professionals, where he was responsible for 100's of offices before realising he wanted to leave the constraints of the board room behind and use his vast experience to help businesses across the world. He started his consultancy work in early 2017 and along with Sarah relaunched Allstars, he holds a number of Non Exec Positions in the Industry with estate agencies and PropTech firms. Despite his incredible industry experience, Bryan never stops striving for new and innovative ways to tackle the ever changing business environment and has a primary mission - to HELP improve the way people buy and sell property.
